"Spectacular results on my double deck! It turned out better than I had hoped for. The deck is about 20 years old and hadn't been taken care of with the most love...so when I was talking to Todd about options and what the end results might be like, he pointed out that some of the deck wear and tear may show through the natural looking stain I had selected. "Todd quickly responded to my initial bid invitation, coming to our home within 24 hours of my first contact. He surveyed the property and, at my request, gave me a couple of different quotes based on (1) me doing part of the job myself, or (2) allowing Todd to perform the entire job. Since we were looking at 326 linear ft, coupled with the fact that this was a brand new fence, it was an easy decision to let Todd take on the entire project.
He arrived on time and spent the first couple of hours taping off the steel fence posts, house siding, A/C units, and other surfaces to protect them from overspray. He also took care to protect the adjoining neighbors' properties as well. After the staining process started, he worked tirelessly through the afternoon and into the early evening hours to complete the job.
The result was an awesome fence. We have already received a number of comments from the neighbors as they pass by. Thanks, Todd, for a job well done!"
"I called Custom Fence and Deck Staining after I saw one of their business cards. I had been looking high and low for someone that had experience with ipe (Brazilian hardwood). Our deck is 8 years old, very large, and had accumulated quite a bit of mildew since it's last refinishing. Todd came right out, explained to me what needed to be done, and gave me a very reasonable bid.
He moved all my furniture and plants off of my deck (a big job) and even took pictures of where everything went so he would know how to put it back!
Todd did an amazing job refinishing the ipe, and it looks fantastic. I choose not to stain my deck, but to let it weather naturally, so I cannot review his staining work.

"I've been putting off re-staining my deck for at least a year because I was hoping to do it myself. After getting a door hanger from Todd, I decided to call for a quote.
